Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you use this store or buy from it. They're written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Using this store

You need to be 18 or older to buy from us, and we sell worldwide. Free Worldwide shipping.

By placing an order you confirm both of those are true.

2. Product and pricing information

We work hard to describe our product and prices accurately, and every number on this site comes from our product specifications or our policies.

If something is listed with an error, like a wrong price or a wrong description, we reserve the right to correct it, including after an order is placed.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, that was placed at an obviously mistaken price, or that we cannot legally fulfil.

If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund. We'll email you to explain what happened.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Shopify's payment providers. We don't see or store your card details.

Prices are displayed the currency of your region, and the total you approve at checkout is the total you pay.

5. Shipping

Shipping is covered by our Shipping page, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Once a carrier has your package, their timing is out of our hands, though we'll always help you chase it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Returns & 60-day guarantee page, which also forms part of these terms.

The short version: 60 days from delivery, used or not, one email starts it. Wrong size is swapped free.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the writing, the photography and the design, and the Trotlift name and marks belong to us.

Please don't reuse them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction named in this section.

10. Using the brace safely

Trotlift products are support braces for dogs. They are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and are not a substitute for veterinary care. If your dog is limping, in pain, or has a suspected ligament injury, see your vet first.

Follow the fitting instructions, start with short walks, remove the brace for sleep, and check your dog's skin daily. Stop using it and talk to your vet if you notice rubbing, swelling, or discomfort.
