The 60-day guarantee, in plain words
Try Trotlift on real walks for up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If it isn't part of your dog's walks by then, email shop@trotlift.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full. Used, muddy, chewed a bit, it still counts. No forms, no fight.
Wrong size? We swap it free
Fit is the hard part, we know. Email us your order number, your dog's weight and thigh measurement, and a photo of the brace on if you can. We'll confirm the right size and send it at no cost.
How a refund works
- Email shop@trotlift.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
- We reply within one business day to confirm. If we need the brace back, we'll tell you exactly where to send it before anything else happens.
- Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of confirmation.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you straight away.
What's not covered
Orders outside the 60-day window, and repeat guarantee claims on later orders of the same product. The guarantee is our way of letting you try Trotlift properly once.
