Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including our main regions which are USA, CA, UK, AUS, and NZ.

Cost

Free standard shipping on every order. No minimums, no codes.

Handling time

Orders placed by 2:00 pm on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery time

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships (This usually takes 5-8 business days). You can also follow it on our order tracking page.

Late or lost packages

If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, email shop@trotlift.com with your order number. If a package is lost in transit, we reship it or refund you, your choice.

Wrong address

Caught it early? Email us before the order ships and we'll fix it. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll reship it to the corrected address free of charge.
