Will it fit my dog?

Six sizes from XS to XXL. Start with your dog's weight, then confirm with the thigh measurement on the size guide. Wrong size? We swap it free within the 60 days.

Will this help my dog walk more comfortably?

It supports the knee so your dog can move with more confidence. Every dog is different and we won't promise a timeline. That's what the 60 days are for.

Is this a replacement for surgery?

No. It's a support brace, part of what vets call conservative management. You can use it while you decide, after surgery on the other leg, or when surgery isn't an option. Your vet makes that call with you.

Does it replace seeing the vet?

No. If your dog is limping, in pain, or you suspect a ligament injury, see your vet first. The brace is designed to be used alongside your vet's plan.

What if only one knee is bad?

The brace supports both, which is the point: the good leg usually ends up doing the extra work, and it's often the one that gets tired first.

Can it help a dog with arthritis?

It supports the joint and limits the sideways movement that tends to bother a sore knee. Ask your vet if it fits their plan.

Can my dog wear it all day?

For walks and active time, yes. Take it off for sleep and check the skin each day, like you would with any strap. Start with short walks the first week.

How long until I notice a difference?

Some dogs settle into it within days, others need a few weeks to get used to it. We'd rather give you the honest range than a made-up number.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and let it air dry. Slide the hinges out first; they go straight back in.

How does the guarantee work?
